SIMPLE GUIDE - Workplace Grants 2022

FREE - Apply Now

What you need to know.

Significant changes are taking place in the Office for Zero-Emission Vehicles (OZEV). The new criteria comes into force on 1 April 2022 and has major benefits for homeowners, landlords and small business owners, especially in the accommodation sector.

  • Landlords, social housing providers and owners of apartment blocks can also now claim an EVHS grant. This is a major change and will take the sole responsibility for installing a chargepoint in an apartment away from individual flat owners.
  • The Homecharge Grant will also cease to be available for house owners with off-street parking - it can still be claimed by people who rent their homes or those who live in flats.
